As each piece of art is unique, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in the rare case of damage during transit.
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns for any artworks or art products once sold.
2. Damage in Transit
If an item is received in a damaged condition, you must:
- Refuse delivery and mark it as Return to Origin (RTO) with the courier.
- Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the damaged package. within 5 to 7 days.
After verification, we will send a replacement piece (where available). replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 days Refunds are not provided.
3. Refund Mode
In exceptional cases where refunds are approved (e.g., order cancellation by us), refunds are processed and credited back to the back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
All artworks and art products sold on artbyjolly.in are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
